Instructions:

| 1) If you have multiple owners, select one main person to be the main contact. That person will be the “designated unit owner”. If you only have one buyer, he/she is it. |
| 2) Designated unit owner signs and fills out 1 (ONE) copy of the designation unit owner form |
| 3) Designated unit owner signs and fills out 2 (TWO) copies of management agreement. |
| 4) Only the designated unit owner needs to sign the documents, there is no need for the other unit owners to sign. However, there names can be printed in the forms if you wish. |
| 5) Send (via postal mail) all documents to Nights at Vegas. |
| 6) Nights at Vegas will sign both copies and return one to the designated unit owner. |
